Is this an example of a fake file?

I see a song I'm looking for. It says 3 of 3 files available. I click on it...I get the red disconnected/not available result along with with a pink "Busy (99 in queue) twice under the name.

Is this an example of a fake file?

What is the file called?

Its likely not a fake because at this time they have no 'Queuing Abiltity'  so they would not bother to run through the routines.

If you right click that file while its purple/pink and choose Enter Remote Que it should get into que, thus proving its not a fake.

Try that and post back.

In normal operations of WinMX if you get that message in pink and dont right click it and do the remote que thing it will go red.
