Well I'm not going to stand here and fight and beat a dead horse until it's in the ground, i've moved on and i sujest everyone else do as well, just for your info yahoo has shut down it's send, limewire is down and not excepting anything of new or old, kazza has crashed, bearshare is down, the back door of winmx is sealed it says on it that server cashe disabled, the few that have gotten on i wish you the best of luck, and for some more bad news winmx will be shutting down there open nap servers, unless you can find someone with an isp that hasn't been threatened you maybe in luck, but with RIAA out we can forget that, Kazza light took a bad hit, limewire i have been trying to install to no avail, people i know it hurts that winmx is down and most of the others, i cried seeing it down myself, but the only thing you can do is find another p2p and download and chat from there and let winmx die with grace and what little honor it has left. Winmx is like a person dieing and yes i do know what that feels like, but i do not try to bring them back to life because once your dead your dead, were playing frankenstine with a program that was made and then distroyed. just like windows 3.1, windows 95f and 95se, and soon 98 first edition, and the intels 1,2 and 3, and since these companies are so big i don't see anyone fighting microsoft for those programs. Winmx was good in her time and instead of fighting to keep her alive when she isn't even our program, we should thank it's makers for giving us memories of friends, and family as well as files, these things can and never will be replaced, so to you i say just move on thank the makers and find yourselves another home and maybe when everything cools down, the maker will bring her back. it's up to them not us to keep winmx alive. let it die in peace.

Everyone from winmx Karaoke Colors will miss you winmx, you brought us friends and family we never had and all good times. we thank you for that no one else can bring people together like you did...........................................Rest in peace winmx

For the doom sayers... been connected from about an hour, 8 primaries, 12 secondaries, 7489 spm.

Just about what I used to have before the RIAA threats. Looks like WinMx is breathing pretty good right now.

elephant mani have to say i agree with you the people that are trying to save mx are the ones that f ed it up from the first lol i guess they are nothing if mx dies they cant hack up another P2p program. Km has crashed more rooms than any one and drac he is second to josh in crashiing. lol they will save mx
all hail km drac and josh they are gods! and i see no one is comeing foward with the server software. it is about control

WinMX will NEVER release there code --- why should they? Its about money and letting others help to rebuild WinMX means they cant make money cause the source will be out.

Of course its all about control. If it isnt WinMX its the RIAA and it boils down to $$$$$$$ plain and simple.

cause winmx was our home on pc
prolly way b4 you even knew what it was
& i like the imput on forums so i can learn to move on
you think its easy for us to do so?
we as annoyed & hurt as everyone else
just some of you who sit here in forum & say
"hey i done some calculation & cache takes about 3mb"
are phuckin lame to think & talk stupid sh*t
if you could really do something you wouldnt be in a forum & worrying about what we are saying

& as for KM &Josh & whoever well they may have phucked up winmx B4 this happened
but at least they tried
they are still trying
all it gives is them a hand & experience is all !

you guys will soon see that its a lost cause & you guys are being pissed at me just for speaking the truth (thats lame to)

The RIAA has eyes and ears every place... Even here. The more people talk about geting WinMX backup and posting IP's the more fun they are going to have.

I can see it now some dude with black rimmed glasses writng down all the IP's mentioned so far and writing up court papers.

welp I can't say i blame you ele, you were the backbone of colors on winmx and i remember the day we met and laughed and joked around shared files dreams and memories, most have here and I understand your hurt, we all are some badly some even worse, some have even given up there fight and haven't moved on and choose to stay and try and breath life into winmx. and some of us have grouped together and went to other p2p servers as friends as family and with our dreams out lives and our loves, of course we were hurt badly if not worse, and of course we wish we were back home where we belong, but sometimes we can't have everything we want, it's life cruel and heartless but life, love you all who i knew on mx................glad were all still together

RIAA is everywhere..... Not just the USA..... they are a powerfull bunch and I am pretty damn sure a country boarder wont stop them for long. Even if it means they camp out here and write each and every IP mentioned and see if its in the USA or Canada or Mexico.
